This article provides an industrial application method for monitoring and regulating the secondary air through the burner nozzle of a tangentially fired boiler. A geometric model from the inlet of the damper to the burner nozzle was established, which divides the grid for numerical calculation of the flow field to get the drag coefficients of the nozzle and damper under different opening ratios of the damper. In the range of 20–70% opening, the damper has perfect regulation performance, which has the main resistance comparing with that of nozzle. The disc-type damper has a slightly larger resistance than that of the splayed one. A precise corresponding function relationship between the opening ratio and the gas flow rate was established, and base on which, an exact control method on the secondary air damper was proposed. The result can apply to the intelligent transformation of thermal power plants to save energy and reduce consumption.  相似文献

Against the background of smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0, how to achieve real-time scheduling has become a problem to be solved. In this regard, automatic design for shop scheduling based on hyper-heuristics has been widely studied, and a number of reviews and scheduling algorithms have been presented. Few studies, however, have specifically discussed the technical points involved in algorithm development. This study, therefore, constructs a general framework for automatic design for shop scheduling strategies based on hyper-heuristics, and various state-of-the-art technical points in the development process are summarized. First, we summarize the existing types of shop scheduling strategies and classify them using a new classification method. Second, we summarize an automatic design algorithm for shop scheduling. Then, we investigate surrogate-assisted methods that are popular in the current algorithm field. Finally, current problems and challenges are discussed, and potential directions for future research are proposed.  相似文献

Nonlinear equations systems (NESs) are widely used in real-world problems and they are difficult to solve due to their nonlinearity and multiple roots. Evolutionary algorithms (EAs) are one of the methods for solving NESs, given their global search capabilities and ability to locate multiple roots of a NES simultaneously within one run. Currently, the majority of research on using EAs to solve NESs focuses on transformation techniques and improving the performance of the used EAs. By contrast, problem domain knowledge of NESs is investigated in this study, where we propose the incorporation of a variable reduction strategy (VRS) into EAs to solve NESs. The VRS makes full use of the systems of expressing a NES and uses some variables (i.e., core variable) to represent other variables (i.e., reduced variables) through variable relationships that exist in the equation systems. It enables the reduction of partial variables and equations and shrinks the decision space, thereby reducing the complexity of the problem and improving the search efficiency of the EAs. To test the effectiveness of VRS in dealing with NESs, this paper mainly integrates the VRS into two existing state-of-the-art EA methods (i.e., MONES and DR-JADE) according to the integration framework of the VRS and EA, respectively. Experimental results show that, with the assistance of the VRS, the EA methods can produce better results than the original methods and other compared methods. Furthermore, extensive experiments regarding the influence of different reduction schemes and EAs substantiate that a better EA for solving a NES with more reduced variables tends to provide better performance.   相似文献

Packed beds used in absorption columns are evaluated to determine whether they can also be beneficial for cake‐forming filtrations. To assess this, model systems are characterized and separated by using a dead‐end filter cell. Filtrations are conducted with different packings; the filtrate amount over time and resulting turbidity are evaluated. Packings increase the filter cake resistance and the separation time of the cakes formed with approximately incompressible solids. However, they exhibit a positive effect on the filtration of a more complex, compressible substance; the process is not only accelerated, but also the quality of the obtained filtrate is not compromised. These results demonstrate potential in the use of packed beds for the filtration of complex biogenic suspensions.  相似文献

为解决来水预测不确定性和水价不确定性给用水户带来的风险对冲问题,引入对冲性的水期权交易模式,建立了以用水户期望收益最大为目标的水期权交易模型,得到了最优的期权交易策略应满足的条件,并利用二分法计算得到了最优的期权交易策略,探究了来水不确定性与水价不确定性对期权交易策略的影响。结果表明,来水预测误差和水价的波动越大,用水户的期望收益越大,最优的期权交易策略能有效降低来水预测不确定性和水价不确定性带来的风险。  相似文献

Emerging studies advocate that firms shall completely outsource their information security for cost and technical advantages. However, the risk of information leakage in outsourcing to managed security service providers (MSSPs) is overlooked and poses a confidentiality threat. We develop analytical models to describe several strategies for firms to consider when they decide to outsource to MSSPs. Based on our results, we suggest partial outsourcing as an alternative strategy when the firm faces information leakage risk. Besides, we suggest that in-house information security strategy is the optimal solution when the risk of being attacked is low regardless of the risk of information leakage. We then extend scenarios to the competitive environment where firms that are in the same market are highly likely to choose the same strategy.  相似文献

在实物期权理论框架下,基于Black-Schole采矿权评估模型,提出了计量国际环境不确定性的方法以及将其纳入评估模型的途径,以此优化完善海外采矿权评估; 通过一实例验证了本文所述方法的可行性,并依据评估结果进一步分析了投资策略,最后对所提方法的可靠性进行了检验。研究结果显示: ① 采矿权价值来自于矿业权人对矿产资源的开采加工及具有灵活经营的权利,国际环境的不确定变化影响采矿权价值及投资策略。② 矿产品价格升高、价格波动率增加、驻在国矿业行业环境和国家环境变异程度的增加、矿山服务年限的增加,均提高了海外采矿权价值; 但矿产品价格下降、矿山服务年限减少将降低采矿权价值。③ 当矿产品价格持续处于低位时,项目应尽早建设或放弃; 而当价格处于增长或高位时,项目可适当推迟建设。④ 老挝矿业行业环境的变异程度大于该国国家环境的变异程度,前往老挝投资的矿企应重点关注该国涉及矿业投资的法律法规及政策,重点防范行业风险。⑤ 本文所提海外采矿权评估方法是可行、可靠的,具有一定实践意义。  相似文献

The uniformity of temperature distribution is the key factor in heat transfer rate of battery thermal management. In this paper, the battery thermal management using phase change material based on temperature equilibrium strategy have been proposed, in order to get the temperature distribution of battery more uniform. The effects of equilibrium strategy and Rayleigh number are studied. When the Rayleigh numbers are 2.9 × 104, 1.2 × 105, 1.1 × 106, and 4.9 × 108, the temperature SDs applying the equilibrium strategy are reduced by −1.9%, 1.2%, 32.3%, and 14.4%, respectively. Besides, the corresponding complete melting times are reduced by 0.97%, 1.96%, 4.76%, and 1.58%. The equilibrium factor in equilibrium strategy is considered as well. It is noted that increasing the equilibrium factor is able to get the more uniform temperature distribution, resulting in the faster melting rate. When the equilibrium factors are 1, 4, and 6, the complete melting times are reduced by 1.58%, 50.0%, and 51.4%, respectively, improving the thermal performance of battery thermal management.  相似文献
